30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • ✓ Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • ✓ Original packaging, tags, and labels intact
  • ✓ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery (14 days for EU customers exercising withdrawal right)

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, and personal care products cannot be returned unless defective. Custom or personalized items and perishable goods are also non-returnable.


How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at info@ivanois.com or call 6955833765 to initiate your return.

Step 2: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or you are exercising your EU withdrawal right)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for defective items or EU withdrawal right)

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ivanois.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
